At BUSY BEE CLEANING., we are committed to providing a premium cleaning service that meets the highest standards. Our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure your home or workspace is cleaned thoroughly and professionally. However, if you feel that something was overlooked, we are happy to address your concerns.

Our Guarantee:

  1. Report the Issue: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service.
  2. Free Reclean: We will schedule a one-time reclean of the specific area(s) in question at no additional cost.
  3. Final Resolution: The reclean is our final step to resolve the issue. We do not offer further recleans or refunds.

  • Our team is trained, professional, and detail-oriented to deliver outstanding results.
  • We value open communication, if something isn’t right, we want to hear about it so we can make it right.

What Our Guarantee Covers:

This policy applies only to areas included in the original cleaning agreement. It does not cover:

  • New messes or changes made after our cleaning service.
  • Unrealistic expectations are beyond our scope of service.
  • Pre-existing conditions that require specialised cleaning or repair.

Resolution Process

If a concern is raised:

  • We will investigate the issue promptly.
  • If the concern is valid, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • A complimentary touch-up of the affected areas within 48 hours.
    • A partial credit toward a future cleaning service, at the company’s discretion.

Limitations of the Guarantee

  • The guarantee applies only to services detailed in the agreed cleaning plan. Additional tasks or services not included in the original scope are not covered.
  • The guarantee does not apply to specialty services such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or deep cleaning of appliances, unless specified in the booking.
  • Clients must provide honest and constructive feedback. Repeated or unreasonable complaints that cannot be substantiated may void the guarantee.
  • The guarantee does not apply to damages resulting from the client’s misuse of the service or failure to prepare the property (e.g., excessive clutter, hazardous conditions, or uncontained pets).

Accurate Property Descriptions

  • Clients must accurately describe their home’s condition when booking (e.g., light, medium, or heavy cleaning required).
  • If a property is described as “medium dirty” but is found to be excessively dirty upon arrival, the cleaner may require additional time, or the service may be re-estimated.
  • Excessively dirty examples include: heavy grease or mold buildup, pet waste, large amounts of clutter, or hoarding conditions.
  • In these cases, the satisfaction guarantee may not fully apply if the original booking time is insufficient.

Abuse of the Policy

Clients who repeatedly request refunds, re-cleans, or credits without valid reasons, or misrepresent the property condition, may be flagged for policy abuse. Busy Bee Cleaning reserves the right to:

  • Limit or terminate the satisfaction guarantee for such clients.
  • Refuse future services after investigation.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. This ensures fair scheduling and protects our team’s time.

Photographic Evidence

To fairly assess disputed claims, Busy Bee Cleaning reserves the right to request photographic evidence (before and/or after photos) of the areas in question.

Right to Refuse Unsafe Jobs

Our cleaners have the right to refuse any job they deem unsafe, including but not limited to: presence of biohazards, pest infestations, aggressive pets, or dangerous working conditions.

Conditions for the Guarantee

  • The property must be in a reasonable condition before cleaning.
  • Clients must allow access to the property within the specified timeframe for any re-cleaning requests.

Policy Updates

Busy Bee Cleaning reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to ensure fairness and efficiency in resolving concerns.
