Our Service Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with the service you received, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
- Report within 24 Hours: Please notify us within 24 hours of your service if you believe any area was missed or not cleaned to standard.
- Free Re-Clean: We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional charge.
- One-Time Resolution: A re-clean is our final step to address the issue. We do not provide refunds or multiple re-cleans for the same concern.
Our Commitment to Quality
- We follow a structured cleaning checklist for every visit.
- Our cleaners are trained, professional, and focused on attention to detail.
- We encourage open communication — if something isn’t right, we want to know so we can make it right.
What Is Covered
Our guarantee applies to areas included in the original cleaning plan. It does not apply to:
- New messes created after the cleaning service.
- Areas not included in the initial cleaning scope.
- Issues requiring deep or specialized cleaning (e.g., mold removal, heavy stains, repair work).
Resolution Process
When a concern is raised:
- We’ll assess the issue based on your feedback and internal checklist.
- If appropriate, we may:
- Re-clean the affected areas (scheduled within 48 hours), or
- Offer a partial service credit toward a future booking (at our discretion).
Important Conditions
- The guarantee applies only to standard services booked.
- Specialty services (e.g., carpet, window, or post-construction cleaning) must be specifically requested and may have different terms.
- Property condition must match the description provided during booking.
Accurate Property Descriptions
Please select the appropriate level of cleaning required when booking:
- Light / Standard
- Moderate
- Heavy / Deep cleaning
Inaccurate property descriptions may affect service delivery and guarantee eligibility. Examples of heavy cleaning include:
- Grease/mold buildup
- Pet waste or excessive clutter
- Hoarding conditions
Policy Misuse & Limitations
To ensure fairness:
- Repeated or unreasonable complaints may be flagged.
- Clients who misuse the guarantee policy may have their services limited or denied.
- Busy Bee Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate or unsafe environments.
Use of Photographic Evidence
We may request photos to evaluate service quality and resolve disputes professionally.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes may incur a 50% fee of the booked service.
Unsafe Conditions
Our cleaning professionals reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., presence of pests, biohazards, or dangerous environments).

This policy may be updated periodically to ensure transparency, safety, and fairness for both our clients and staff.
